Every institution X-CHASE builds is engineered against a single standard. The X-OS is that standard — the operating framework that governs how capital, technology, regulation, and people are assembled into a functioning financial institution. It is applied without exception, regardless of asset class, jurisdiction, or institution type.
The X-OS has two parts. The DBOT Methodology governs sequence — what happens, in what order, and under whose ownership. The Institutional Layers govern structure — the components that must exist, correctly configured, for an institution to function at an institutional standard.
