Most firms open with a contact form: three fields, a send button, and silence. The first impression a principal receives is therefore of a firm that has not thought about the first impression.
Before You Enter is the instrument through which an approach to the House becomes a record. It asks what is actually needed, states plainly what will never be asked, and shows the record before it is entered.

No account numbers, card details or banking credentials.
No passwords, keys or system access.
No payment of any kind.
No documents are uploaded; where verification is needed it comes later, through a regulated processor.
No pricing is generated at any depth. Fees are set by the House, in writing, against a defined scope.
What Follows An Inquiry
Every inquiry is read by a member of the firm rather than routed to a queue.
Where the matter falls within the House’s coverage, the writer is contacted within five business days. Where it does not, they are told so, and told why.
Nothing is deleted from the register. A withdrawn inquiry is marked withdrawn and remains.
