In a palazzo, the piano nobile is the principal floor — above the street, below the household, the level on which the business of the house is conducted. It is the room a visitor is received in, and the room the record is kept in.
The Piano Nobile is the private environment in which an X-CHASE mandate is held: the work in progress, the model beneath it, the decisions taken and the reasoning behind each. One client, one environment, for the life of the mandate.
The Five Rooms

Holds the structure being built — the entity design, the vendor ecosystem, the regulatory pathway and the economics beneath them. Every figure carries the version of the model that produced it.

The Piano Nobile is private. It is opened for a client at the commencement of a mandate and is not available otherwise. There is no demonstration environment, no trial, and no public entry.
