LIQUIDITY PARTNERS

Every institution that touches markets lives downstream of its liquidity arrangements. Spreads, depth, rejection rates, and settlement terms determine what an institution can offer its own clients — and what it silently pays for every trade.

X-CHASE approaches liquidity as an architectural discipline: the deliberate structuring of where an institution stands in the chain of intermediation, and on what terms.

LIQUIDITY PARTNERS

The Structure Of Execution

The liquidity dimension of the Network encompasses the tiers through which price and depth reach an institution: prime brokerage and prime-of-prime access, bank and non-bank pricing streams, ECN and venue connectivity, market-making arrangements, and the aggregation layer that binds them into a coherent execution environment.

During Design, X-CHASE determines the liquidity structure an institution requires. During Launch, it negotiates and integrates the providers who will deliver it.

THE MANDATE

The Selection Standard

Liquidity providers are evaluated on the substance behind the stream: the credit standing and regulatory posture of the counterparty; the true economics of pricing across sessions and conditions, not the demonstration environment; execution statistics — fill rates, rejection behavior, slippage symmetry — measured rather than promised;

margin, settlement, and collateral terms; and the resilience of the relationship under stress, when liquidity is worth the most and offered the least. Because X-CHASE publishes its own analytical frameworks on liquidity structure through the Office of Institutional Intelligence, its evaluation standard is documented, not improvised. Clients inherit a methodology, not an opinion.

Negotiated In The Client's Interest

X-CHASE negotiates liquidity terms as the client's architect, not as an introducer compensated by flow. Every markup, rebate, and margin term is examined for whom it truly serves.

Under the Manage function, execution quality is reviewed continuously, and providers are held to the standard on which they were admitted — or replaced by ones who meet it.

SHARED ASSEMBLY

In markets, everyone pays for liquidity. Institutions built by X-CHASE know exactly what they are paying, to whom, and why.
