What Is X-CHASE?
The short answer, stated plainly.
X-CHASE is an institutional financial systems firm. It designs, launches and manages financial institutions. It is not a bank, and it is not related to JPMorgan Chase or any other Chase.
What is X-CHASE?
X-CHASE is an institutional financial systems firm. It designs, launches, optimizes and manages financial institutions and financial infrastructure — across asset and wealth management, capital markets, banking and payments, brokerage and digital assets. It is a house of design and management: it builds institutions with and for their owners, and does not itself hold client funds or execute transactions.
Is X-CHASE related to JPMorgan Chase, Chase Bank or any other “Chase”?
No. X-CHASE is an independent firm. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to JPMorgan Chase & Co., Chase Bank, or any other company that uses the word Chase in its name. The firm is written X-CHASE, with a hyphen, and is sometimes written XChase or X Chase. Its website is x-chase.com.
Is X-CHASE a bank, a broker or an investment adviser?
No. X-CHASE is not licensed, registered or authorized as a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser or asset manager in any jurisdiction. It does not hold client funds, execute transactions or provide investment advice, and nothing on this website is an offer, solicitation or investment advice. The institutions it helps to build are licensed in their own right, under their own regulators.
What does X-CHASE actually do?
It works on one thing: the design of financial institutions. A mandate is either Turnkey — the House designs, launches and manages an institution and shares in its outcome — or Single Service, a defined piece of that work. Every mandate begins with an Institutional Blueprint: the written design of the institution before anything is procured or licensed. The firm’s work rests on three pillars: institutional architecture (the services), institutional intelligence (the research) and institutional coverage (the clients).
Who is X-CHASE for?
Principals who intend to build or own a financial institution — family offices and private capital, financial institutions, and sovereign, central-bank and royal-office clients. The House selects carefully: it reads the principal as well as the plan, and publishes in advance the grounds on which it declines.
Who founded and leads X-CHASE?
X-CHASE was founded by Niki Saki, who is Founder, Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of X-CHASE and of FuChase. The people of the House and their roles are set out on the leadership page.
What is FuChase, and how does X-CHASE relate to it?
FuChase is the broader ecosystem within which X-CHASE operates — a privately developed ecosystem of specialized entities designed to connect capital, infrastructure, technology, intelligence and institutions.
Which legal entities make up X-CHASE, and where is it based?
X-CHASE works through two companies under common ownership. X-CHASE LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of New York (DOS ID 7857913), operates this website. X-CHASE LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17475467, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX). References to X-CHASE are references to both. The House works from Abu Dhabi, New York and London.
How do I begin?
There are three open doors, and none of them requires an agreement. The Antechamber sets out, before any agreement, what the House builds, how it is remunerated and its protocols. The Studiolo is a private study of the principal — a Reading of six dimensions that ends in a portrait drawn from your own answers. And an inquiry may be submitted for a first introduction; each is read by a member of the House.
Where can I read the House’s research?
In The Keystone, the House’s flagship editorial line, published by its Office of Institutional Intelligence. Its studies — on liquidity, leverage, the structure of brokerage, the quantitative broker and the character of the principal — are free to read and available as PDF.
